The Curtis Sun is crafted using the revolutionary Raindura® treatment that takes thermosetting yarn and hand-weaves it inside a paper straw hat body. The hat body is then blocked and treated with an ultra-light water-repellent coating. The result is a shape retentive and durable performance hat.
